Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including using a strong password and enabling two-factor authentication. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. SellServ is not liable for unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised credentials, phishing, or failure to secure your account.

You agree not to use SellServ Voice to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post or share illegal content, including but not limited to child exploitation material
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or other harmful software
• Spam, flood, or disrupt the service for other users
• Impersonate other users or SellServ staff
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or server infrastructure
• Use the service for any activity that violates applicable laws

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on SellServ Voice. By posting content, you grant SellServ a limited license to store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service. You may delete your content at any time.

Server administrators may moderate content within their servers, including editing or removing messages that violate their server rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion. Severe violations (such as illegal content or targeted harassment) may result in immediate termination without warning. You may also delete your own account at any time.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. During the Alpha period, all Pro features are free for all users.

SellServ Voice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose. SellServ Voice is currently in Alpha and features may change, break, or be removed at any time. Use the service at your own risk.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform.
